Q1:What is your personal motivation to join a startup?
Working at a startup is a great place to build upon my existing skill sets, gain experiences in many functional areas, and take on a ton of responsibility & learn from true innovators.
Q2:What are you most passionate about in life?
I’m passionate about marketing,web designing & helping peaple because it forces to get outside of my world view and understand the need desire and pattern of others.
As I love to meet new people and peaple are really interesting to study because it helps me lead my life more to who I am.
Q3:What do you do with your free time?
I spent my free time in learning new skills ,volunteering and Socialising with friends & family
Q4: What’s the riskiest thing you have done in your life?
Risk depends on how you define it. What might be risky for me may be normal or conservative for you. While I’m not one for unnecessary risks, I appreciate calculated risks that push the limits of what’s possible & lead to increase our efficiency.
Q5:Are you usually more spontaneous or calculative ? Why ?
Im more spontaneous because it keep me stay fresh , creative, less stressed, more flexible and happier.
Q6:What’s more important – the institute name or the course you study? Why?
Course You Study because
Engineering is skill and innovative thinking and if you aren’t enjoying your subject then it’s hard for you to aquire any useful skill then your institute won’t help you to get anything , it is just waste of time and money
Q7:How will your professors describe you?
My professor always said that I was very disciplined and attentive. He describe me as empathetic self-assured and enthusiastic about teaching.
I took that as a great compliment because he was a very focused personality as well.
Q8:Have you ever about done something you had never done before – how did you handled it and what was the outcome?
In my last role as a Event coordinator in my college, my Event Head asked me to build event & digital ad campaign, which was something I’d never done before. I explained to my Event Head that I had no experience leading that type of work but I can if some experienced could offer guidance. I met with several who had experience of running event & digital ads. Thanks to that hands-on learning experience, I became the events & digital advertising expert.
Q9:List at least three things that you have learnt about life
1:-The bond you share with your parents shape your personality in more ways than you think.I personally believe parents play a major role in shaping personality of their children as children are a reflection of their parents.
2:- Don’t regret the past, only Learn from past.Do your work with your 100% effort honestly .
3:- Money is a mean to live not a purpose to live. Good relationship, healthy lifestyle, helping peaple in need, finding a job that you absolutely love & passionate are few things that matters most.
Q10:Have you ever failed at anything?If so, how did you handle it and what did you learn?
Yes I have not got selected in IIT due to low rank caused due to my health problem during that but I handled it by scoring good rank in AKTU as I was feeling better later .
Q11:If you did’t have to ever earn money, what would you be doing in life?
I will do something that will help the underprivileged people & society to be more aware and happy by fulfilling basicneeds .
Q12:Do you usually strive for speed or perfection? Why?
As an entrepreneur, I believe that speed matters a lot. But yes, I prefer perfection. If you focus on what users are looking for, and provide with the best possible solution and if your product/services are really worthy, the clients would be ready to wait a little to have it.
Q13:What could you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?
Do your work perfectly. No need of peopls always judge you. If you work good they wiil definetly jduge you.
Q14:What are some of the products you love and why?
Machine washable & reusable cloths, chewable tablet , bottle cleaning tablet As these help in keeping make-up our skin, made with natural ingredients, give pretty impressive cleaning respectively.
Q15:How do you deal with conflict?
I prioritize the area of conflict by listening carefully, identifying the points of agreement and disagreement and develop a plan to work on each conflict by talking with proper person.
